Difference B/T 2nd and 3rd Week of August in Spain?
Hello all - I'm going to Spain for a week in August, likely Barcelona and Madrid. I searched and found the handful of posts that mention the obvious fact that many places will be closed in August, although there were helpful suggestions about places that would be open. My question is a bit more specific: I'm flexible enough that I could travel either the 2nd, 3rd, or 4th week of August. Do you think there's a material difference in the number of restaurants that will be open in the 2nd week vs. the 3rd/4th?

Chestnut - how was it? I'm debating about the same decision, and don't know if the second week vs. the third week of August makes a difference.

Apologies in advance if I should post on a different board, but I spent a few weeks in Tokyo this summer and ate and purchased some of the rakugan dry sweets that you eat before drinking matcha. Now back in the US (New York), I have plenty of ways to get great matcha and wonderful bean curd/cream/jelly-type Japanese sweets, but I've been unable to find a source for just those simple sugar cookies. Does anyone know of an online site or online Japanese retailer (like Ippodo for tea) that sells them?

Las Vegas dinner options at 4:30pm
Because of the timing of flights, my friends and need to eat dinner our last day at 4:30pm. It seems like most places start serving dinner at 5pm and stop serving lunch at 2:30pm. Any suggestions? Very flexible on price.
