La Chaya (Minneapolis)

We ate at La Chaya on Nicollet between 45th and 46th and the food was GREAT!!!!! I had the halibut in banana leaves with an anchiote sauce and lime potato salad and my friend had the chicken with caper sauce. Both were excelent, nice flavors and perfectly done. The service was very good too. Make the trip to this friendly new neighborhood eatery and you won't be disappointed. I give them an enthusiastic two thumbs up.....

Best Kept Secret Franklin Terrace Cafe (MSP)

Salad Bar has mixed greens, three salads different each day, broccoli salad is great, assorted veggies and cheeses, has herring and another meat. Kept up, looks inviting, and is really good.

Best Kept Secret Franklin Terrace Cafe (MSP)

Wonderful cafe/cafeteria in Minnesota Council of Churches Bldg. Homemade soups, two daily, hot and cold sandwiches ( try the curried chicken salad on wild rice bread!!!!!), special entrees and hot sandwiches daily, wonderful salad bar and luscious desserts. The Nutter Butter cookie and bread pudding is great. Nice outdoor patio seating. We saw the sign and stopped in, go at least twice a week. Only open at lunch.
