Bavaria, Germany, town called Marktbreit. Roasted lamb shank, green beans, roasted potatoes, fried camembert with cranberries. The restaurant was founded in the late 1700's. Everything was perfect, and we were seated in a beer garden, under a kumquat tree.
My current drink of choice:
Coffee. Constantly. I also love German beers, many, many kinds of wine, tea, and a well-mixed cocktail, but only order one when I know it'll be good.
I really wish I could:
Open my own cafe.
My "Go-to" dinner party dish:
Don't really have dinner parties. I'm very broke at most times, working my way through culinary school.
My favorite comfort food:
Chocolate. And chicken parmesan.

All very, very far away, unfortunately. And I can't afford to find new ones!
