chimichurri is simple,..Its just garlic CILANTRO (not parsley) Lots of cilantro,..olive oil,and a splash of vinegar,..I like to add a few key limes as well. Chilis uses this exact same sauce with its portobello fajitas,..except the key limes,..Thats my "touch".

My favorite place is Robertos#10 On el cajon blvd,and ohio st. Their burritos are THE best! The robertos By the roller coaster (belmont park) Is pretty awesome as well!!!!
