I'm not sure I can narrow it down to just one! But I did have the best pad thai of my life in London. Sadly, I don't remember the name of the restaurant..

I really wish I could:
Try all the best dim sum places in the D.C. area! Would also love to travel to Italy and try all their wonderful cuisine. Having full-on kaiseki cuisine in Japan is also a top to-do!
My favorite comfort food:
Pho - it's warm, flavorful and filling! Not to mention fun to eat. :)
