Uses for leftover buttermilk?
I would experiment with culturing my own yogurt, or adding a bit to whipping cream to make crème fraîche (http://www.joyofbaking.com/CremeFraiche.html.) It likely won't use up all of your leftovers, but at least if it doesn't turn out it won't feel like such a waste.
No Frills vs. Food Basics vs. Loblaws vs. Valu-Mart vs. Sobeys vs. Dominion vs. Other
I agree with all the complaints about Dominion.-- and of all the Dominion's i've been to in the downtown core, the one that takes the cake is College Park... but wait, they would surely BE OUT OF CAKE anyway!!! Every time i go there they do not have something basic i want. The last time i tried to shop there i went specifically for cucumber and Dempster's bread. They had neither. I asked the cashier who i could complain to and she could barely give me the time of day to say she didn't know. Most of the staff there are surly and difficult. Many of them don't know what watercress is. It is rare not to have to wait in line for half an hour while you get bumped around by condo dwellers in their pajamas.
Aerosol cheese
I have never seen it, but i did purchase some from the US on eBay once.
Large Soft Pretzels
The Sobey's Express on Yonge south of Wellesley carries them in the bakery section. They are pretty good but you would have to prepare it yourself- heating it, adding butter, mustard etc.
Bulldog the only coffeehouse in TO doing latte art?
Fresh Start Coffee Co. at Bay and Elm serves latte art most of the time. It depends which barista is working but if you ask for it specifically, you should get it.
Devonshire Cream - buying in the GTA?
President's Choice makes their own which i find just as good and better value. The cheapest i've found the Devonshire Cream is at a convenience store on Bloor east of Spadina, south side. Sorry, the name of it eludes me. It was $3.50 last time i checked.
hot sauce in toronto supermarkets
I second nominate Melinda's and Franks. My favourite at the moment though is Lee Kum Kee chili garlic sauce.

I've seen it at Food Basics.
Where can I get tiny french press pots?
I think these are cute: http://www.raredevice.net/detail.php?id=56&cat=1#
where: watermelon-candy-flavoured drink
Ooh i have such a craving. Like a Jolly Rancher, but liquid.
Best pizza in Toronto?
Mamma's Pizza makes an excellent pizza with thinly sliced potato.
Valrhona fix
Le Gourmand at Queen/Spadina sells the small bars for "personal consumption".
Lactancia whipped butter
Which stores downtown still carry this? I can't seem to find it.
WHERE CAN YOU FIND MIGHTY LEAF TEA
I would like to say that this tea is wonderful. I love the peppermint green tea. They serve it at MBCo in Yorkville.
sodalicious fruit snacks
FYI i found some at Food Basics at Wellesley/ Parliament. No Root Beer flavour though. :(
what do you eat/or prepare straight from the can, jar, package, etc.. that is perfect just as it is as a meal or snack? ?
Campbell's chunky "soup that eats like a meal", amen.
How do you like your oatmeal?
Yes, it is most important to add little pats of cold butter once it is not too hot, so that the butter softens but still appears in warm clumps throughout.
Good coffee near the Intercontinental
Did you get a latte there? I've had two lattes and a cappucino from the south-east location, made by three different people. None of them were very good. I heard someone there makes a good latte, but it seems like they're never working. That said, the restaurant is really nice, and the coffee is way better than Starbucks.
sodalicious fruit snacks
Are these made anymore? I can't find them anywhere. What has gone wrong?
