Tripe alla Fiorentina at Osteria No. 1 in Florence, Roast Bone Marrow & Parsley Salad and Tripe & Chips at St. John in London and Pig's Foot Milanese at Babbo in NYC. Clearly I have a thing for offal.

Alcoholic: Negroni, Non-alcoholic: Coconut Water (NO sugar added, blech), Tea: Autumnal Darjeeling
I really wish I could:
Be fluent in Japanese and live in Japan.

I'm either a bad or insane host in that I like to experiment or try new dishes on dinner guests, usually without ever having cooked them before. If it works, it works, if it doesn't, we drink and eat chocolate!
My favorite comfort food:
Sticky Rice with Pork Belly & an Egg Yolk or Fresh Bread & Butter or Avocado Half drizzled with Olive Oil, Lime Juice & Salt or Stinky Runny Cheeses & Crackers or 70%+ Dark Chocolate.
