I'm either a bad or insane host in that I like to experiment or try new dishes on dinner guests, usually without ever having cooked them before. If it works, it works, if it doesn't, we drink and eat chocolate!

Sticky Rice with Pork Belly & an Egg Yolk or Fresh Bread & Butter or Avocado Half drizzled with Olive Oil, Lime Juice & Salt or Stinky Runny Cheeses & Crackers or 70%+ Dark Chocolate.
