I am coordinating a group from my company to have dinner at PS 7 in mid September - Tuesdsay night. I keep reading posts about the lounge or Restaurant Week reviews - but how is the regular ala carte menu on a regular night? Is it crowded? We are getting a private room. Thanks.

Thanks for the suggestions! Since we want to stay near the Pier, I'm checking out Riva and Copperblue. Judging by comments, it apears Copperblue is the better restaurant as far as food and service, but Riva is just more convenient since its right there on the Pier and has a nice view.

Thanks. Cooperblue is closed today so I'll call tomorrow, although as you said, I don't know if they can accommodate a group of 20 or more (we usally get a private room)

Hello - are there any good restaurants by the Navy Pier for a large group of around 20 (business dinner)? We will probably do the typical tourist visit on a Tuesday night and then stop for dinner afterwards so wondering if there's anyplace nearby (maybe within walking distance if possible). I see Riva is at the Pier but not sure how nice it is. Thank you!!

Any suggestions would be appreciated! I've read some of the other posts here, but it gets a little confusing since I don't live in Chicago and know my way around.
I need to find a nice place for breakfast at 7:30/8 AM on a weekday for around 25 people on S. Michigan Ave or nearby. I'm not sure what's on Michigan. Are there any breakfast places in or near Millenium/Grant Park? Seems it would be nice to go to the park in the AM and eat outside somewhere. Since we are a pretty big group, I'd like to find a place that takes reservations. I've read about Yolk and the Bogo Room but they don't take reservations and I'm on a tight schedule. Are those 2 places usually packed on a weekday morning? Any other suggestions nearby? If not, we'll just have to eat in the hotel restaurant which is just boring. Thanks in advance!
