Otto's in Madison WI
Otto's is still wonderful. For Thai, I'd go for the curries at Firefly (although they do other Asian cuisines - and Asian fusion - there) or Lao Laan Xang, which is technically Laotian, but many of the dishes are the same.

Madison has a (very) decent restaurant scene for a city of its size, but IMHO, there's a bit of a dearth of deli/bagel places - which is somewhat surprising, now that I think about it, given the fact there are so many former East Coasters (including my husband) who live here. Might be a good opportunity for any entrepreneurs out there...

Madison - Oceans Brasserie or Deb & Lola's still around?
Firefly is great - it's mostly "Asian fusion" cuisine, with a handful of more traditional dishes such as Thai curries. It's definitely worth a stop...
