Moving to Sunset Park. . .
I agree with everyone about Eclipse (4th ave between 43rd and 44th). It's inexpensive and good. They play good music and there's outdoor seating in the back. Not to mention there's a separate vegetarian menu. This place is one of my favorites.
I also went to MaiThai on 8th Ave (around 47th I think) for the first time last week. Yummy.
These are our repeat restaurants.
I've heard good things from my neighbor about International Restaurant (5th and 44th or 45th?) and Gan Eden on 5th is good too.
