Error to 'The Digest" email list Still a problem. Newsletter forwarded to you yesterday. How about deleting my Id and letting me create it from scratch? Does an id delete remove me from distribution list? |

Error to 'The Digest" email list I was subscribed to the digest for los angeles board. I have moved and now want the digest for the San Francisco board. I have been to the screen to update my newsletters and switched from LA to SF. However, many months later I am still getting just the newsletter for LA and have never received one from SF. Help! Vancouver's best choice for Hong Kong style seafood? I will be taking my hosts out for big Chinese dinner in the next few days. I know that Vancouver has some superb Chinese, Japanese and even Korean food. I want to take them out for steamed fish, and fresh crab Hong Kong style. I am ready for your favorite choice! I don't need fancy service or white table cloths. I don't read Chinese but I am highly adept at "point and order". I am well educated in Chinese cuisine as I have spent many years eating in both San Francisco and San Gabriel Valley. Thank you Vancouverites! |

Vancouver Chinese Supermarket for Sichuan Facing Heaven chiles? I will be in Vancouver starting tomorrow for 3 nights. I am trying to load up my pantry with items from Fuschia Dunlop's Land of Plenty which is Sichuan Cooking. I am looking specifically for "Facing Heaven" chiles and also pickled chiles. Where is my best bet to shop for these highly specific ingredients in the Vancouver area? Many thanks, |

Where can I buy salted capers in LA? I love salted capers in my Salad Nicoise, and chicken piccata. They are way to expensive in the small jars at gourmet markets. Where can I buy them in bulk other than Italy? I got some last month at the Oakville Grocery in Healdsburg but they were so good that I ate them all. Thanks Chowhounders. jeffinPS |
