Nuking steak?
What the microwave is good for is that after you've grilled your steak, and want to reheat the next day, (and we are more rare than well done) simply sprinkle water on the steak, put in microwave with plastic covering loosely draped, and cook (depending upon your microwave) for two minutes on power level 5. It does not continue to cook the meat, it just renders it juicier and warm.
A Guide to Wursts
I still adore the lowly, perhaps, Boars Head liverwurst with pistachios. Delicious!
Senor Gordons Chili Mix Seasoning
Hey! I never thought I'd find mention of this mix online, but you can purchase it at King Soopers in Colorado Springs. It is a Kroger's market. I call the Uintah Gardens store (Colorado area code is 719) and I believe it is Donna who does the market's shipping.
