New Mesa Ranch location in S. Austin
There is a small sign up at the old Marco Polo restaurant @ I-35 and E. Oltorf that says "Mesa Ranch." Clearly they are in the midst of some significant remodeling. Anyone know the story? ...I've seen that Mesa Ranch has a lot of CH fans.

Bye Bye Marco Polo
Seems Marco Polo at I35 & E Oltorf, and the only South Austin dim sum that I know of, has bit the dust. I really liked their char sui bao (sp?) and sticky rice with Chinese sausage and am not always up for the trip north to T&S Seafood or Tien Hong.
Anyone have another recommendation?
