Zucchini Carpaccio with Feta and Pine Nuts

Anonimo - Today the term carpaccio is used variably and often refers to any very thinly sliced presentation of foods, which can range as widely as mushrooms, apple, tomatoes, langoustine, bresaola and trout, and a great many more. The amount of cooking varies from none at all to searing, rare cooking, and fully cooked.

Two Goblets at Kitchener/Waterloo - are they any good?

German or Hungarian, more authentic and better than most "German Style" restos in the area. What shines through here is the passion they have for the food, comfort, and overall experience their customers get. Great wine list, Bavarian beer in cans, and absaloutely the best goulash you'll find. They are mainly known for their shnitzel and they do deliver, in large amounts! The entire experience just doesn't compare to Metro, or Concordia club, suggested in other posts, these people really make an effort to provide an authentic fine dinning exoerience. And they succeed. You won't be dissapointed, if you like schnitzel. Parking's a snap and I doubt RSVP is required. No pork hocks as far as I know, and besides I am not sure I have seen "grilled" pork hocks ANYWHERE!
