It might have be the Fish Tacos at Taqueria Pico de Gallo in Tucson. Simple, fresh and doused with a serious squirt of their homemade hot sauce. I dream about these puppies. If only I still lived there...

Hot tea. Specifically Earl Grey, English Breakfast and Pomegranate. It's insanely cold here.

I don't really have a go-to. My boyfriend and I like to experiment! Most recently we served our guests Green Chicken Curry, Spring Rolls and Sweet Sticky Rice with Mangoes for dessert.
My favorite comfort food:
Oh there are so many. Currently topping the list: Chinese take-out (specifically General Tso's Chicken), gooey macaroni and cheese, tuna salad and crackers (weird, yes), diner-style corned beef hash (with eggs over easy)

Soon to be Alton's latest "I'm Just Here for the Food Version 2.0". Boyfriend gave it to me for Christmas and I'm busy reading it cover to cover. Awesome.
