How can there be just one? Still remember the chapati & dal we got in a hole in the wall restaurant in Kuantan, Malaysia. The meal I recently ate at Spinasse--pasta with mushrooms was sublime. And who can forget the signature rabbit dish at Cafe Juanita? Or the bistilla at Golden Beetle? The high cuisine Indian dinners at the now defunct Omar Khayyam in Singapore? Or Vij's in Vancouver?
