Would Al Ceppo be better for Sunday dinner than La Fiammetta? Maybe Al Presidente?

I am going to be in Rome in early June and have made reservations at Antico Arco, Palatium and La Fiammetta for dinners. We have one other night and I was thinking of Piperno. We are staying near the Spanish Steps.
We are having a birthday lunch for my mother at the Hassler and may go to Nino's one day. Was also thinking that Gina Eat and Drink would be good for lunch one day.
I would appreciate any suggestions. It has been hard to narrow down the choices. Thank you!

I am going to be in Rome next month and wanted to see if anyone had any suggestions for the best place to have it. I saw one suggestion for outside of the city, but there must be some options in Rome.
