At a restaurant, it may have been at L'auberge Gourmande in St. Martin. That was a long time ago, but quite memorable. Best overall was undoubtedly cooked by my mother... Fritto Misto w/ Rice Balls, Frutti di Mare, Sautéed Artichoke Hearts, and Minestra were just a few of her greatest hits. She was an amazing cook ;)
