Top Chef Jamie, not so top chef
I think it is always hard for a restaurant when they first open to get there act together and weed out the staff that dosen't belong..I would also think Jamie, having national recognition just makes it harder. I hope she she does well ,she did seem to be very passionate about cooking and i think her whinning was more that she just got pissed at herself when her cooking was off.

who cares, i the point is to keep her customers happy and i am sure that since the dish was on top chef and she won, her customers wanted to see it on the menu and try it...The idea of owning a restaurant is to bring people in, it is good marketing.
