Where can I find the best BBQ pulled pork sammy in Seattle?
I really like Pig Iron. Their sides are great too, and I like the atmosphere alot.

Franks' Oyster House
I agree on their HH, and it extends to the dining room as well as the bar. I'm fond of the spicy peanuts and deviled eggs, however their boneless fried chicken is really awesome.
What's up with spice wimps in this town?
Bick's has an awesome fire roasted habanero and jalapeno app.

Any good packaged Mole sauces?
Are there any packaged mole sauces available in Seattle that are any good?
If so, what are they, and where can I find them?
Thanks,
Dave
Good tequila selection (PDX)
Are there any stores in downtown Portland with a good selection of tequilas?
I'll be down from Seattle and would like to stock up.
Thanks,
Dave
N. Willamette Valley Wine Tasting
Hello,
We'll be staying at the Grand Lodge in Forest Grove for a weekend of wine tasting.
Can anyone recommend a nice place for lunch?
Any recommendations for wineries to visit would also be most welcome!
Thanks,
Dave
Breakfast in Mobile AL?
Thanks for the suggestions.
...ever had breakfast at the Trellis Room?
Breakfast in Mobile AL?
I'm flying redeye into Mobile for a cruise next week.
Any suggestions where I could find a nice breakfast on a Monday morning?
Downtown hotel restaurants maybe?
Thanks,
Dave
HTCAW/Really loud techno?
Does HTCAW always play really loud techno/dance music?
We were there last weekend, and the food was good, especially the califlower soup, but the music was so loud and obnoxious that I doubt I'll go back.

SEA - Trendy, Affordable, (semi-)Vegetarian ??
Tango has a lot of options for semi-vegetarians. Everything there is good.
Can't help you out with the bars, I'm an ancient 45, and don't know the hot watering holes for young hipsters. Maybe try Yelp for that?

Palisade (SEA)
The Waterfront Seafood Grill's Wicked Shrimp are great, however I've had problems with other dishes I've ordered there. For the $ they charge, I really expect something special, and they've always fallen short of the mark.
Palisade (SEA)
Now that Oceanaire is gone, I need to find another seafood restaurant for my birthday dinner.
Anyone been to Palisade recently?
Thanks,
Dave
Santa Fe Brewing Company?
Thanks for the tips.
The Railyard is really close to where we'll be staying. Is it worth stopping in?
Santa Fe Brewing Company?
How's the food/beer?
Any other brew/gastro pubs in Santa Fe that are better?
Thanks,
Dave
Santa Fe veggie tamales?
Are there any restaurants/bars in Santa Fe that serves up some killer tamales without meat?
Thanks,
Dave
Centralia, WA
Another vote for La Tarasca, however if you're not in the mood for Mexican, The Shire in Chehalis serves up some fairly tasty food. I wish I could get their Voodoo Shrimp her in Seattle.
Seastar's offshoot in Seattle
I agree that the atmosphere misses the mark. It felt more like a hotel lobby than anything else. My wife and I did spot a table for two in the bar, if we go back, we'll likely try and sit there. The food was good though, although the Oceanaire is still my go-to place for high end seafood.
Best Seattle vegetarian
I would also vote for Cafe Flora. Camelita has a great atmosphere, but I find their food to be on the bland side.
Calamity Jane in Georgetown has several great veg entrees if you're looking for a more causal place.
And while I love the room, the last few times I've been to Palace Kitchen there's been a single veg pasta entree on their meat heavy (IMHO) menu. Their goat cheese fondue app is amazing though.
Spuds at Greenlake
Since they're closing the Greenlake location, I don't think they care much about how clean it is any more.
Santa Barbara Gastropubs?
Thanks sbgirl. The Brewhouse was great. We ended up there twice, and even gave the "Cruel Prawn" a try. Their beer was top notch, and better than SB Brewing on State.
Post Disneyland beer?
Where's the best (and closest) place to get a beer or margarita after spending the day at Disneyland?
Looking for a pub or large bar, we'll of had our fill of kiddies at that point I'm sure.
Bonus points for interesting atmosphere and something to nosh.
Thanks!
Santa Barbara cocktails?
Any suggestions for a bar with great cocktails and an inviting atmosphere to go with?
Bonus points for tasty small plates.
Looking for the best Seattle (fried) calamari
Had the calamari at Smash in Wallingford again this weekend. Nicely done with a spicey pepperoncini aioli.
Smoked Tofu in Seattle?
I just bought some at the Greenlake PCC.
It was good, but could have been smokier.
Santa Barbara Gastropubs?
Thanks for the link, that's a great resource.
Those booths at Harry's look awesome.
Snoqualmie dinner?
Anybody eaten at the lodge lately? Is it worth the $$$?
We're already having breakfast there, thought it would be nice to have dinner elsewhere.
I've had dinner in the Attic, and wasn't impressed.
Santa Barbara Gastropubs?
My wife and I will be in Santa Barbara for a few nights in April.
Are there any gastropubs, or alehouses with top notch food?
My wife loves a good burger, and I'm a pescatarian...and we both like an ample variety of local beers on tap.
Any suggestions greatly appreciated!
Snoqualmie dinner?
My wife and I will be spending our 5th wedding anniversary out at the Salish Lodge.
Are there any good options for dinner besides the lodge?
Thanks,
Dave
