Seafood, Chinese, Mexican eats in Orlando!!

The wife and I will be in Orlando about the second week in June. Can some 'hounds give me some leads on good seafood (not Red Lobster, I hope), Chinese, as authentic as possible (I got spoiled by business trips to Asia a few years back), and Mexican? I have read a bit about "Boston Lobster Feast", "Boston Fish House" and a few others; Do any good buffets have raw oysters? Thanks for any help!

1.25lbs of Tellicherry Peppercorns - What to do w/ em?

I think you should seal a bunch in a vacuum bag and freeze them. After buying a bunch of pepper in "throw-away" pepper grinders (even though I had figured out a way to remove the top and refill them: if you want to know how, just ask), I found some at "Big Lots" in glass grinders that have an easily removable top; just refill the bottle and you are all set!!! Am I cheap or what? Fresh ground pepper is fresh ground pepper!

Roast oystes on Bowens Island

Has anyone eaten at the place on Bowens Island since they they supposedly reopened two weeks ago? I want to come down there in a couple of months with the wife and pig out on seafood for a few days! Thank you.

Bowens Island Oyster Place, Charleston (moved from Site Talk)

Thank you, and I wasn't trying to be funny. I'm not a PC geek, and I wasn't sure how to get going. Has anyone eaten at the oyster place on Bowens Island in Charleston, SC, since it reopened? Thank you.

POSTING A SIMPLE QUESTION!

Can someone please tell me how to post a question? Ever since the site was purchased and the format changed, I have not figured out how to participate! I registered, logged in, and cannot find a little box or anything obvious to show me how to post a message! The only thing I have found is how to post a reply to someone else's message or question. A couple of years ago, ChowHound was easy to use. What happened? Please help.
