Pretty much whatever my wife is cooking. Oh, you mean in a restaurant? That would be a special dinner arranged by Macmillan Publishing Co. years ago at Charlie Trotter's. Multiple courses each with a special wine pairing. Really exceptional.

Travel to Vietnam and eat the soups each day at the Lunch Lady in Saigon.

Tater Tots wrapped in bacon (and yes, I'm going to hell)

Pho, soups in general, and homemade ice cream
