Where should I buy wine online?
The one time out of a dozen I got bad wine from WTSO it was just crappy wine, not a shipping issue. It was an unknown PN that almost tasted like raspberry vinegar. They refunded my money, no questions asked, and the "wine" went down the drain.

I use the back (not the sharp side) of a heavy chefs knife. Set the jar on a counter and hit the lid at the angle which it should turn. Works every time.
