Where do you go for the best steak?
Thanks guys! I really did search before I posted but only found stuff about El Raigon which I was sad to find was gone. I'd really like to take him to a SF steakhouse rather than something like Ruth Chris or a place that mimics Texas styles. I mean what is the fun of living somewhere if you don't really try out the style there!? Will lookinto Harris & Alfreds! Thanks!

Where do you go for the best steak?
Hi, We moved here about 2 years ago from Texas. Though I'm a vegetarian, my husband is not. It's his birthday next month and I want to take him to a great steak restaurant. Suggestions? He swears he hasn't had a good steak anywhere we go here, he was even disappointed in Ruth Chris. Any suggestions are apprecaited!.

Thanksgiving in Marin, new in town
My (soon to be) husband and I are new to Marin and our families are coming into town for Thanksgiving (7 carnivores and 1 vegetarian). We are looking for a place for Thanksgiving dinner. We don't require a traditional Thanksgiving dinner though we are not opposed to it. I saw a post about this same thing from 2002 and have already contacted Deer Park Villa, Insalata, Left Bank & Panama Hotel (my first choice but, sadly, they don't do Thanksgiving).
Any hints or suggestions as to where we could go in the Marin area would be much appreciated!
