Any beer, a good gin and tonic, or scotch neat

Type quicker (currently operating under the advanced hunt and peck method, getting pretty good, but still not the most efficient), also read quicker. (pretty sure my wife can read 6 pages before I am done with one)

My "Go-to" dinner party dish:

Anything on the grill, Salmon on a wood plank is a good one and really easy with brown sugar and cayenne

Chicken Fried Chicken with gravy

Al Biernats- my favorite nice restaurant, Hong Kong Royal - Dim Sum is awesome especially on the weekend with cart service, Louies - my favorite pizza, Peggy Sues - great fries and good bbq, Zen Sushi - great sushi place in Bishop Arts

My most tattered cookbooks:

Is it embarrassing to credit Crate & Barrel with a decent collection of cookbooks (a little corporate but we have 5 or 6 good ones from there)
