Finally - someone who uses white wine to marinate lamb!!! I've been searching the web for you... I had a recipe for marinating leg in white wine but that was 30 years ago and I cannot remember what to use... Someone told me NP Vermouth was the best. What did you use? I have an inexpensive cut (it was given to me) so I need to use something that will help it not taste "gamey". |
