Alhambra Thai Food
Seang Dao is hands down the best Thai food I have had in LA so far. The prices are extremely reasonable, and the food is amazing. Everything tastes like a recipe that has been in the family for ages. The pineapple fried rice is to die for, and all of the curries are uniquely tasty and fresh. They even complete each meal with a cold condensed milk and fruit desert that really hits the spot. The wait staff is so nice and they really make you feel comfortable and at home. Every time we have gone here, it's been great. We live in the neighborhood and found this place by chance, but we're definitely regulars now.

Restaurants that cater in Lakewood
I'm throwing a birthday party at a family member's house in Lakewood (near Long Beach) and all I know about the food in Lakewood is it's primarily chain restaurants and fast-food. Anyone know of any good local restaurants that cater for 30-40 people? (Preferably not Mexican- we're a Mexican family and catered Mex would bring on SO much criticism!)
