Curry Fries
MJ O'Connor's makes their own curry sauce, I like it. I recently had an order at Mick Morgan's in Newton. Nothing special cos it was Sysco steak fries and bottled sauce but it was good.
Is The Battery still open? It's been a while but the last time I was there I enjoyed the fresh cut chips and curry.

It's not in the Boston area but I would give Julio's in Westboro a try, 508-366-1942. If they dont have it the only other one I can think of is Yankee Sprits in Attleboro or Sturbridge also not Boston but.......

Help with Pizza in Needham
The place next to the liquor store is Nicks Pizza and is some of the worst Greek pizza out there.
To OP, have you tried Raviolis Brick Oven Pizza on Beacon in Newton Highlands? It's by the Whole Foods and is a very good option for the area.
Sports Bars w/ good food in the Newton/Waltham vicinity.
Sadies in Waltham has some of the best steak tips around and has the NFL Sunday Ticket and the MLB Game Day Package. I'm not 100% sure NCAA package but if I was a betting man I'd say they do.
Five Guys Burgers and Fries, Dedham, MA
Went last night and thought it was good. Burgers are cooked well done but still moist and juicy. The small fry is huge, I like my fries and could not get half way through. At 8pm is was busy and about a 15min wait for my burger, I will go back.
T Rex -- Brookline Village in General
Never had brunch at M Murphy's but I enjoy the shepherds pie, beef stew, fish and chips and the cheese plate. The session music is pretty good too.

I was thinking about trying T Rex tonight too.
For take out subs/wraps/pizza go to Brookline Spa. Mangia next to T Rex has good neapolitan style pizza. Matt Murphys is a great Irish style pub. Stoli Bar is a Russian eatry that you need to try and you already found Brookline Family Restaurant.

Have you tried the Satuit Tavern in Scituate? It's not as dark and as Poopsies in fact it very bright in side. Across form pier 44 and rumor is they have Poopsies recipe...they taste very similar.
I can't vouch for the other locations but Scituate TK O'Malley's makes a pretty good bar pizza too.
A Tale of Two Bagels
Cafe Fresh has the a great sausage agg and cheese bagel sangie. The sausage is the hot kind so it adds a nice morning kick.
Bar Style Pizza
Went to visit my parents this weekend and they had some leftovers from Poopsie's that I thoroughly enjoyed. I had forgotten how much I liked that little cheddar bite in this type of pizza. Are there any places that serve this style in the West Roxbury/Roslindale area?
My go to's are The Pleasant Cafe and Tony's but I want that cheddar taste and I want it between the two cardboard trays wrapped in a brown paprer bag. Aside from the Lynwood is there anything close?
Brookline Ave Hospital District
I have to pick up a friend from one of the hospitals on Longwood for dinner tonight. I know the Sox are in town so the area becomes a little crazy and the places I would normaly think of like Audubon and O'Leary's are outta the question. Any reccomendation for a good spot where my friend does not have to walk to far?
I thought about The Mission Pub or the Squelling Pig but there is zero parking in the area.

Emma's Pub; Montreal Fries; Frank's Hot Dogs; Grumpy White's
I like the poutine at Montreal FF but the gravy is a vegetable base. It's good but not the same as you find in Montreal, there it's almost exclusively a chicken based gravy.
Moishes vs. Gibby's
My friend and I will be staying at the Hyatt this weekend and want to have a nice steak dinner on Saturday night. After reading the forum it seems like Moishes and Gibby's are two of the more classic steak house spots.
What is not mentioned is the price(here or the web sites), any ideas on what I can expect to spend for a few cocktails(no wine) two apps, two filet's, desert is not necessary.
Am I looking at similar prices to Morton's or The Capital Grill? Thanks for you help.

It is crowded, so is O'Hara's but I like their food better. They are pretty close together I'd recommend going after 2PM during the week to compare if you don't want to deal with the wait.

Mangia in Brookline?
I've only had the pizza there and it's tasty Neapolitan style closer to Sweet Tomato's than Upper Crust. It's been a few months and they did not have slices them. Maybe like Sweet Tomato's only slices during lunch?
