"Wet" pad thai in Queens?
You must try Red Basil Thai on upper Steinway basicly everything is good. Try their curries it's the real thing....

Moving to Astoria next week: Any recs?
I try Arnharn Thai Rest they not that good i think they use alot of MSG....Thai Pavilion its good but a little expensive...I like Red Basil on Steinway they fast,good and cheap...

does anyone try red basil thai on steinway?
YES I DID...!! I loved it. I just moved into the neighborhood. I passed by a couple of times but I never got a chance to try it until yesterday. I had shrimp in a blanket which is an appetizer and the Thai shu mai and an entree of grilled chicken massaman and for dessert banana rum. It was EXCELLENT...and the waitress name Sara she is very friendly.
