Pizza in Rome

Baffetto's "sister" restaurant, Montecarlo on via Savelli, will be open for lunch and you can sit down. There is a antipasto buffet, and you can get a pizza with a friend egg in the center just like at Baffetto.

Gnocchi in Rome

I had the best gnocchi at Enoteca Corsi this past June. The main dish of the Thursday was with pesto, but I saw a Roman order his al pomodoro and did the same. Dreamy. Successive gnocchi orders at other restaurants never matched this one dish! (This is open in the day only though).

Lunch in Pisa on Sunday?

Looking for a recommended restaurant/pizzeria in Pisa for a Sunday lunch. Seems a lot of recommended places are closed on Sundays.

We are spending three nights in an agriturismo outside Manciano, in the Maremma area. We plan to drive up from Rome, stopping in Sutri on the way. I'm looking for restaurant recommendations for the area; I'm having difficulty finding any information, and if anyone had a great restaurant experience (nothing too fancy please), let me know.

Favorite Trastevere Restaurants

We travel to Rome every summer for a month; this will be our first time renting an apartment in Trastevere. I'd like recommendations on favorite restaurants and/or places to avoid. We've eaten already at Marmi, Da Augusto, and Da Ivo. We have two children, but they do well nearly anywhere we go. Are there any quaint mom-and-pop restaurants left in Trastevere, or have most of them become over-touristed? (We love Testaccio and eat there often-so know how to get away from the crowds). What about specialty food stores? Thanks for any advice on eating in Trastevere!
