Traeger bbqs are good and easy to use.
Weber Smoky Mountains are inexpensive and have won more bbq contests than any other portable smoker.

PLSF may have a large selection of smoked fish but it is absolutely atrocious. It is oversmoked, dry, and not cooked with care.
