grilled filet mignons, roasted garlic baby reds, steamed cauliflower w/cheese sauce, and a great bottle of zinfandel!

No doubt: my own mac 'n' cheese made with Tillamook cheddar of course.

Currently: El Gaucho, Ponti's, Metropolitan Grill, Wild Ginger, for casual dining: Claim Jumper, and Majestic Cafe (local)
