Portuguese tart in Wash DC metro area?
I will call them. The Portuguese tart or Po Tart is famous in Macau -by ferry from Hong Kong. Maucau used to be Portuguese. Its like an egg custard tart carmeilzed on top and totally fabulous to eat.
