I usually just wing with whatever at the farmers market or at a local store

Golden Deli San Gabriel, CA, Cal-Tech Athenaeum, Pasadena, CA, Ocean Seafood L.A., La Negra Luna Pasadena, CA, Mon Grenier Encino, CA (sadly closed :-( )
