Thanks for the info. I guess I'll just drive by periodically to see if they've opened. |

Hi! After looking through some old posts on the board, I discovered a few recommendations for JAX dim sum. We tried Silver Star a couple of weeks ago and thought is was pretty good for an area without a huge Asian population. This past weekend we headed to Bamboo Creek, but discovered it wasn't open. From reading the old posts/reviews, I knew it had closed before & changed locations a couple of times. We went to the old Bennigans building on Baymeadows. Is this location not yet open or did it already go out of business? Just trying to figure out if Silver Star will be it for us. Thanks! |

Where to Eat Near Singer Island? Hi, All! We're vacationing on Singer Island near West Palm Beach in September, and I need some restaurant recommendations. We are complete Foodies and want to know the can't miss restaurants in the area. Looking for places that are kid-friendly, but we are up for anything. Would especially like to know if there are any amazing Vietnamese restaurants nearby. Thanks so much for any recommendations you have to offer! |

One more recommendation. Technically this one is in New Smyrna Beach (about 30 minutes South of Daytona), but it is a must in my opinion. Mi Mexico on US 1 is the absolute best mexican I've found in that area. I higly recommend the fajitas and the mango margarita! |

Lived in Daytona briefly, and we were big fans of Fish City Grill in Ormond Beach. Also, some people regard this as a tourist restaurant, but we loved the seafood at Auntie Catfish in Port Orange. They do a nice Sunday brunch buffet too. It's just over the Dunlawton bridge, on the mainland side. Their cinnamon rolls are delicious! |

Daytona Beach...The Best Seafood I would recommend: Aunt Catfish in Port Orange (kind of touristy, but a great Sunday Brunch) |

I have not been myself, but others have told me Stonewood grills a great steak. There are 2 locations, one on A1A in Ormond Beach and one on Dunlawton in Port Orange. |
