Manhattan Sports Bar to see the Yankees??
I thank everyone for replying.
I don’t have a particular neighborhood in mind, but I think I would like to stay below 60th Street. Do you any further ideas?
I don’t know what their daytime plans are, so I figure something below 60th would be easy to get to from multiple directions. Also, it gives you options to move forward from there.
- I’ve never been in Stout. Read that they have a beer selection. Have to look into that.
- I will take a look at Maxie’s. I was going to see a NCAA game there, but it didn’t happen.
Manhattan Sports Bar to see the Yankees??
Hello all
A large group of guys are coming to NYC during the baseball season. They couldn't get decent tickets to the Yankees game, but still would like to see the game. I don't really do sports bars, so I don't know what's out there.
SO, here's the big question:
Is there a Manhattan sports bar that has GOOD beer & nice food at decent prices, with larger than average-sized TVs? Also, there should be space to, optionally, sit and stand. (You sit when you eat, stand when you drink, sit when you can't drink anymore.)
Any help you give will be great.
