We have two couples from Maine visiting to celebrate 50th birthdays. They'd like some place with a very lively atmosphere, good food, and so on. I think about $50 a person or so would be ok. (Any type of food ok; just about any part of town ok too.) Any ideas for something fun? I'd appreciate any suggestions. They're counting on me to come up with a good idea. Oh the pressure!

Four girlfriends (2 from Texas; 2 from California) are coming to run a half marathon in NYC the first weekend in April. We'd like to go out to dinner to a restaurant on Friday night.
No one has expressed a food preference--I know not helpful--but I'm thinking that the restaurant should have great food (any type of cuisine); be lively and have terrific decor. I'm thinking of an entree cost between $25-$35 and possibly some lower cost restaurants. Any suggestions? I will appreciate any and all ideas!!

My husband and I are planning a 50th anniversary party for my in-laws in southern westchester. We live in Rye and my in laws spent their childhood here. The party will have about 20-30 people. We'd love to keep the price to $50 a person, if at all possible, and would also love a very pretty setting/restaurant.
Our favorite restaurants in Westchester are The Harvest and la Panitere but I think they will both be too expensive. I would so appreciate any suggestions you might have. Thanks in advance!!
Beautiful Restaurant, Fun Restaurant and One with Excellent Food
We went to Mix! It was beautiful. The food was very good--I particularly like the Madelines at the end. The view was top-notch. We had a restaurant.com coupon and they were a tiny bit snotty about it--which was a bit of a downer.
We also went to Enteco San Marco. The atmosphere was fun--opera singers in the "square" and so on. The food was good but not great. The service was pleasant, and overall, so was the whole experience.

I'm going to be in Vegas Presidents Day weekend and I'm looking for three restaurants:
A beautiful one--Price is no object for this one. I was thinking of maybe Picasso? Any other suggestions?
A fun restaurant--Any fun light-hearted vibe would be great. If possible, it would be great if this one wasn't too expensive.
A restaurant with out-of-sight food:--Any type of food would work for us--American, Japanese, Indian, French....Expensive is ok.
I'm not a big fish eater so an all-fish menu can pose a problem. Thank you in advance for any recommendations you can give!! Appreciated! Full reports will be posted.
Restaurant near Parade Balloon Inflation?
My husband and I will be going to see the balloon inflation on Central Park West & Columbus Avenue (between 77th & 81st). I work downtown and am not familiar with many restaurants uptown. Can you give us any recommendations? We're fine with paying up to $30 for entrees. We like just about all types of food. Thanks in advance!
Light Dinner in Orlando
We're an extended family--4 adults and two children. We'll be in Discovery Cove for the day and are looking for a light dinner in Orlando. Discovery Cove is expensive and you get a lot of food for lunch so light and fairly inexpensive seem approrpriate. We're staying at the Animal Kingdom Lodge. We're coming down from NY and Maine and aren't that familiar with Orlando. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks!
