a nice brunch restaurant near Columbia, MD for a Baby Shower
We hosted a bridal shower brunch at Clyde's a few years ago and it turned out really nice. We only had about 25 guests and everyone was able to order from a small menu. It was very reasonable.
Mothers Day in Towson, Northern Baltimore.
Whenever I hear MIL, I think Bluestone in Timonium. Search the board. It's perfectly acceptable, but it sure ain't gonna wow you.
And I saw this the other day. Might be worth a shot:

Pho Towson and Bar
has anyone tried this place yet? A friend is recommending it and I plan to give it a try soon. It seems really new.

Toss-Northeast Baltimore
Anyone been? It's a new pizza place on York Rd near Bellona. I hear the owners are the original owners of Zella's. The City Paper gave it a good review, but after their good review of Los Amigos, I cannot trust them.
Sweet/Flavored Hard Cider?
I am a fan of Crispin. There are several different varieties. I usually get the one with the red label that is a larger sized bottle. I would say that the sweetness level falls somewhere in-between Woodchuck and Strongbow.
Valentino's on Harford Rd./Baltimore
I feel compelled to offer a differing opinion on Valentino's. Yes, it's clean and IMO very well managed, but I found the food to be mediocre. If you're in the mood for eggs and bacon, I'm sure it's fine choice OR if it's 3 AM.
It's literally a block from my house and I've eaten there maybe 3 times in 7 years.
Open Christmas Day in Baltimore
Check out some Indian restaurants. Cafe Spice in Cockeysville was open last year. Darbar in Fells Point is supposedto be open.
Can Anyone Offer More Information About "King Syrup"
Yummm....pour it on some biscuits....
Tooloulou-Pizza Coming to Harford Road
It looks like Lauraville is getting a fancy pizza place. I'm feeling pretty excited about this:

In other neighborhood news, Clementine was broken into last night. They are open and this seems like a good time to patronize them.
family lunch in Baltimore
Just out of curiosity, have you tried Neopol at Belvedere Square? No, it's not sit down, but has replaced Atwater's as my favorite place there.
Miss Shirley's comes to mind as a good place for a family lunch.
Mama's on the Half Shell gets a lot of love. I'm certainly in the minority, but I think it's overrated. I've always found the food to be either bland or really oily.

Ajumma (Charles Village)-Anyone?
I have possibly never had Korean food and I'm looking for a good starting point. This place has good reviews on Yelp. Has anyone been? Advice on what to order? Other options?
Thanks!
Lunch in Baltimore - Great crab cakes?
In Fells Point, I'd say Duda's is the best spot for a laid back lunch. I'm not sure what time they open, though, so I'd say double check that.
'Trendy' fine dining in Baltimore inner harbor
Search the board for B&O Brasserie. While I am not familiar with the meatpacking district, I suspect it's at least close to what you are looking for. Also search the board for Pazo. It's very trendy. I wasn't blown away by the food, but to be fair I went during Restaurant Week.
I wouldn't recommend Oceanaire for someone looking for trendy.

Romantic Dinner and Dancing in Baltimore
Any food or location preferences? Off the top of my head, I can't think of any place where you will find both good food and dancing. And what kind of dancing are we talking about?
inner harbor- little italy
I, personally, don't mind going to Amicci's though it isn't very chowhound-worthy. It isn't fancy or authentic. It's just big portions of very Americanized Italian food at reasonable prices. They have a nice bar area and a kid's menu. It's my go-to suggestion for people who want to dine in Little Italy and have kids.
It's also very casual, so your baseball game attire will not be out of place at all.

Late Night Baltimore dinner
I'm pretty sure that Tapas Teatro serves food until like 1 AM. Geckos does as well.

Staying in the baltimore Inner harbor one night with 2 kids...any dinner ideas?
You are also walking distance from Harbor East. I'm a fan of both Roy's and Oceanaire. Although both are chains, both are also good. If you search the board, you can find lots on Harbor East. There are other highly recommended restaurants there.
In Little Italy, Amicci's is standard, Americanized Italian food. They are quite reasonable and have a kids menu if that's something you need.
Also, don't know if you'll need breakfast or lunch, but Miss Shirley's on Pratt Street is a good choice.

Real Turkey Sandwich in Baltimore
I'm on the hunt for a real turkey sandwich in Baltimore. No pressed, deli meats... Any suggestions? Baltimore City or County preferably.
Baltimore restaurant suggestions for a soon-to-be bride?
I agree with the suggestions others have offered. The Wine Market would also be a good choice. And they have a parking lot which gets major bonus points in my book. I'm also a big fan of Chameleon. Street parking is easy near Chameleon.

Baltimore Rehersal dinner places
75 people are coming to the rehearsal dinner!!!!
I think it will be a challenge to find a place that large...I'm thinking Bluestone could handle it in Timonium. Bluestone would be a safe choice foodwise.
1 Full Day in Baltimore - Recs for 1st Timer?
IMO Max's is only good for beer. I'd pick Brewer's Art over Max's any day.

Where at in Baltimore? Highly recommend Hamilton Tavern on Harford Road.

Agree about Rosina Gourmet. Also recommend Fresh Farms on Redwood and South right across from the Au Bon Pain.
