Best Southwestern restaurant/bar
We'll be visiting with our children age 13 & 14. Looking for good southwestern food. I'd appreciate your comments on: Santa Fe Bar and Grill, Johnny Utah's, Rodeo Bar.

Soft Shell Crabs.
I dust them lightly with flour and sauté them with Canola oil. Or you can batter them similar to a cutlet; flour, egg wash, breadcrumbs then fry them.
