Marinette County, WI/Michigan UP

I've been in the U.P. for about 7 years now, and I have yet to find a restaurant I "crave." Unless you are looking for a butter smothered overcooked steak my only suggestions would be to ask locals about the pasty's (also hard to find good ones) and the fish frys!

I would start storing in the refrigerator. I've never had a problem, whereas I've had yeast die in the freezer.
