Best meal I ever ate:

in california: chimichanga's at pancho's in los angeles. fish tacos at a stand in rosarito. carne asada burritos at albertacos. my mom's chicken mole enchiladas. my grandma's breakfast-she makes the best flour tortillas! in boston: there was this little place in chinatown that had the best thai food i've ever eaten! unfortunately it's not there anymore & i haven't found another place that i could say is AWESOME! i also love the macadamia encrusted halibut & the crabmeat, avocado & mango dish at chart house.

My current drink of choice:

cold jasmine tea

I really wish I could:

be a taste tester for a living! have my own personal chef. travel the world. make excellent thai dishes!

My "Go-to" dinner party dish:

i don't cook so i usually end up making some sort of cold pasta dish. tuna pasta salad with avocado is my favorite. i also make good guacamole.

My favorite comfort food:

sheppard's pie. meatloaf. my mom's "sopa de estrellitas" & her chicken posole! mmmm. makes me miss home...

in cali: pancho's-l.a.; baja fish tacos-laguna niguel; albertaco's-mission viejo; taco loco-laguna beach; kaleyard-dana point. in boston: parish cafe; mother ana's (italian); toro (great tapas place); joe's american grill; north street grill in the north end.
