Classic Diner really isn't that good.

I have been to Classic Diner a few times and it was very good. A bit crowded for me, i wouldn't even think of going at lunch or on a Sat/Sun morning. The Frazer diner is worth a try the last time i was there was before the smoking ban, so that has to be an improvement. My go to place for breakfast is the King Street Grill also on rte 30 and almost across the street from Frazer Diner.

Healthy Muffins?

I love this recipe from the back of Bob's red mill flax seed meal: http://www.bobsredmill.com/recipes_detail.php?rid=781
I make a few changes and was actually searching the boards for an answer to a question regarding a substitution in this very recipe. One of my changes is now in this revised version which is ww pastry flour. I also use soy milk and mix wheat germ and the wheat bran about 50/50. Throw in what ever berries you have. I have used blueberries, and they were great. otherwise a really hearty muffin. do not over mix, I use an ice cream scooper to portion into tins.
My question is can i use blackstrap molasses instead of part or all of the brown sugar?

Breakfast idea after PHL airport drop off?

you will be pretty close to Center City so I would suggest Beau Monde (crepes and outdoor seating not very expensive) at 6 and Bainbridge. check their website for hours but I think they open early. Or the Reading Terminal Market park and forage the market.

Dinner in the Main Line Area

going back to the guilty pleasure of Bertucci's Pizza, I recommend Anthony's in Malvern, good thin crust pizza and local to boot. Margret Kuo in Malvern is good too, although not enough vegetarian choices for me.
