Fresh, Smoked, Alaskan Black Cod on my Uncle's boat. So good, I can't remember what the chef paired it with.

Roasted lamb, garlic-herb mashed potatoes, roasted asperagus and brussel sprouts.

sushi, miso ramen, yakisoba, mochi, matza ball soup, spaghetti with meat sauce

Nobu: Tokyo, Mao's Kitchen: Venice Beach California, Hana Sushi (location is secret)...that's it for now
