In BC, at an amazing log cabin restaurant, at 9pm, I was served half a roasted free-range chicken with an orange glaze and roasted cranberries. My husband and I had been traveling for a couple months and we had been eating camp food for a while. I believe that even if I had been eating well I still would have enjoyed this meal all the same. As meat is something I indulge in rarely, it was the most delicious treat.
