I love this place and have always had pretty good service. The patio is fun for people watching, and the ribeye tacos are unbelievable. Good spot if you are at the Americana.

I think the Wilshire (at Wilshire and 25th) is great for this type of thing. Large bar somewhat separated from the restaurant, lots of people go there just for drinks. Loungy couches, good selection. There is also a smaller back bar that is outside and very pretty.

Love Mi Piace - fun and right on the main drag. Great food and vibe.

Never been - so not sure - but it seems like kind of a quiet place. Pizzeria Mozza, Nic's Martini, Cobras and Matadors or even AOC might be more fun without the "too hot to get a reservation" problem. Good luck!
