MN: Road-trip 1-1.5 hour radius from MSP- hole-in-the-wall bistro?
Hello all! I am looking to celebrate my upcoming birthday at a little “hole-in-the-wall” fine dining/bistro restaurant within 1-1.5 hours from Minneapolis/St. Paul along the lines of Nosh (Lake City), the former Easy Creek (Arkansaw, WI) and Harbor View (Pepin, WI). In addition, we like to stay at a nearby Motel of sorts… we typically book the entire Motel for an evening of dining, drinking and debauchery… any suggestions?

Do any Minneapolis/St Paul restaurants serve bone marrow?
I've been reading- Service Included: Four-Star Secrets of an Eavesdropping Waiter by Phoebe Damrosch... and have been craving a fine meal... with the rare and beloved: bone marrow. Any advice?
