Savory Rhubarb Recipes?

Last weekend, I made savory hand pies (half lamb, half cauliflower) and served them with rhubarb chutney--yum yum. The chutney was chopped up green rhubarb, golden raisins, cider vinegar, brown sugar, ginger, a pinch of salt, and some spices. Just delicious with the flaky pastry and rich lamb.

Make Your Own Yogurt

I've only ever made really chunky yoghurt; the texture is just gross to me. Could anyone help me figure out why it's not smooth? I use a tbs. of commercial yoghurt, whole milk, and a bit of nonfat milk powder, and I have a little Salton machine I put it in.

Tunisian Lamb and Quince Stew

Absolutely delicious; instead of leaving it on the stovetop, I put it in a 250F oven for better temperature control. The lamb came out so tender and flavorful, and the quince was a perfect match for its meatiness. It held up well into the week, and I was sad to see the end of it.
