Actually, blame Wegman's. They were supposed to go in the same strip as the new Columbia Wegman's but when that got hopelessly delayed, they had to start all over again looking for a new location.

Fractured Prune - Ellicott City
the FP that used to be next to Rita's in Ellicott City is now a pit beef place that is only OK. Not nearly as good as The Canopy.

Tokyo Cafe in Columbia?
My favorite thing is a special that comes and goes, the Tuna Tata. Chunks of raw tuna and avocado in sauce over seaweed salad. I haven't had any sushi there that wasn't excellent. Their fish is exceptionally fresh.
A friend I go with a lot loves their Tom Yum soup.
