Heading to S. Yarmouth this weekend. What's open and good this time of year?

I've now heard from several people that work at the Yarmouth house that people would be amazed at how dirty the kitchen is- I don't think I'll be goin back

People always talk about cream n' cone, never been there- worth it? or just hype?

It was but they changed owners and I love it now- it was scary before, thought the roof was going to fall on my head

902 Main in S. Yarmouth sold??

I don't think it's moving, I heard the couple that owned is getting a divorce and it has to be sold, I plan on going this week so I can atleast try it once before it is no longer

Bakeries on Cape Cod

Are there any good bakeries in the south to mid cape area, I'd love some good pastries and baked goods but have yet to find it.

The Riverway has good thin crust brick oven pizza and I bring my two little ones all the time, they are nice to the kids and have comfy booths.

Worst of the Cape?

The ocean house is wonderful!!! and I love the Riverway in so. yarmouth. Heather's is different and a nice change of pace from traditional cuisine, Sopranos in mashpee is pretty good and the new sushi place paper moon has something called a deep impact roll that I love.

Disapointment at the new Heather's in Mashpee

It's too bad that you had a bad experience at Heather's bad service is never acceptable. Knowing first hand how hard it is to get good help as my family is in the restaurant business on the south shore, you may want to give them a try again the food rally is excellent. My only question to you is why is it okay to receive a snotty attitude in Boston and totally unaccpetable on the Cape, I live in New Seabury year round, not just as a vacationer and I don't feel we on the Cape are any less civilized than those that live in the city.
